Destination Port: Airport Free Zone (Buyer's Refinery choice)

Shipping: Logistic by KLM or Emirates

Procedures:
1.Seller issues the Full Corporate Offer (FCO)
2.Buyer agree and signs FCO
3.Seller issues Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA)
4.After mutual agreement, Buyer and Seller sign and seal the SPA with full banking coordinates of both.
5.Buyer's Bank Issues LC for Trial and later, SBLC for Contract
6.Seller sends merchandise to Buyer's Refinery, Merchandise is Purified and Buyer pays the merchandise at *9.9% after Assay Report.
